Following the dictionary the word teaching means the communication to someone of an art, ability, a science, some knowledge...

But we want to go further and widen this meaning to our art, the Art of teaching to cook.

It is not enough to know and have high knowledge of it although they are undoubtledly necessary.

In our classes we teach techniques and knowledge, some more difficult than another ones, but our main aim is to get that our pupils, apart from the abilities that they acquire, arrive to be in love with the cooking art and that this art, the same as the other ones, is not only for them but for the others to enjoy with them.

For this reason we are in this mean, because we think that through the net we can let know and share THE COOKING ART. We wish to give you the best.
